Veterans United Realty offers a rebate in the form of cash back after closing on a qualifying real estate transaction with a referred Veterans United Realty network agent and is not conditioned on the consumer’s choice of lender. Due to state law, the rebate is not available in the following states: AL, AK, IA, KS, LA, MO, MS, OK, OR or TN. Veterans United Realty will process the rebate upon confirmation of a qualifying real estate transaction, typically in form of a closing disclosure. The amount of the rebate ranges from $100 to $1,500 and is based on the price of the home and is paid by Veterans United Realty. For example, Veterans United Realty provides a rebate of $100 for a home price up to $249,999.

When you work with Veterans United Home Loans and an agent referred through the Veterans United Realty Network, you are eligible for a bundled service program. This bundled benefit includes the Veterans United Realty rebate in the form of a lender credit at closing. This lender credit can be applied toward closing costs or to lower the mortgage rate. The total bundled benefit is based on home loan amount. For example, if your loan amount is $200,000 you would receive $500 in the form of lender credit at closing.
This offer is valid for customers who opt-in to Veterans United Realty services effective 7/9/2018. This offer is also valid to customers who initially opted-in to Veterans United Realty services prior to 7/9/18 and who are referred to Veterans United Realty again after a period greater than 365 days from their initial opt-in.
